Blackboard, formerly WebCT (RPI's LMS) has confirmed a problem with not being able to access files using WebDAV on a pc running Windows Vista. Blackboard is working with Microsoft in an effort to resolve this issue.

Note: The Get Files feature does work in Windows Vista.
